Before you send

By submitting material, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of any organisation you represent, and that you have the right to share any text, photographs or other materials provided.

Submissions are reviewed editorially and do not guarantee publication. Dineest may contact you to verify information and may edit selected material for clarity, length and style.

Please do not send passwords, financial information or confidential personal data by email. See our Editorial & Submission Policy.

Content requirements

Please send the story summary in the body of the email rather than as a separate document. A short, clear overview with names, dates, location and supporting links is enough for the first review.

If helpful, mention the type of story as well - for example: opening, event, chef news, local story, trend or announcement.

Images should be shared as JPG, JPEG, PNG or WEBP. If files are large, send a trusted download link instead of attaching everything directly.

Please do not send ZIP archives, executable files, macro-enabled documents or confidential financial or password-related information by email.
